Snapchat video leads to criminal charges against NJ woman, police say

LITTLE EGG HARBOR — A New Jersey woman grabbing attention with her mugshot is being held on child sex crimes.
Victoria Anne Cranmer, 25, of Little Egg Harbor, is charged with the sexual assault of a child older than 4 years old but younger than 13. She's also charged with three separate counts of child endangerment, including duty of care, having photos, and selling photos.
Police said the victim was not Cranmer's daughter; however, she was entrusted with the child's care. Authorities did not reveal the victim's exact age but said she was younger than 13.
Police say investigation centers on Snapchat video
According to a criminal complaint filed this week, Cranmer recorded an illicit Snapchat video of a girl in the bathroom of a Little Egg Harbor home. Investigators found the video saved in Snapchat memories on Cranmer's iPhone 17 Pro. On Friday, New Jersey 101.5 obtained an appendix of the complaint with more disturbing details.
Police said the video from May 6 showed the victim grab at Cranmer's genitals as she sat on the toilet. Cranmer started laughing and said, "Why are you picking my pubes?" Cranmer was identified by her voice and several leg tattoos, including the word "boobs," a lightning bolt, and a mushroom.
On Wednesday, Cranmer was arrested and taken to Ocean County Jail. Records show she has not been released.
A voicemail was left on Cranmer's cell phone seeking comment. New Jersey 101.5 did not know Thursday whether she had an attorney who could speak on her behalf.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Cranmer works in the medical field as a clinical coordinator at a foot-and-ankle office. She is a graduate of Pinelands Regional High School.
