It was reported earlier this week that the Phillies had serious interest in free agent reliever Corey Knebel, today the signed him according to ESPN's Jeff Passan.
The Philies seemingly have their eye on just about every outfielder that is available in free agency, but might be ready to replace Hector Neris who left for Houston over the weekend.
