As New Jersey's latest showery storm system departs, our attention now turns to a surge of warm air set to arrive this weekend.

While most of Wednesday will trend dry, breezy, and warm, a statewide push of rain is likely through the evening hours, including some rumbles of thunder.

This season also brought two of the biggest winter storms New Jersey has seen in a decade, keeping us buried in snow and ice for most of January and February.

A very familiar weather pattern this spring, temperatures will stay below-normal with a mix of sunshine and unsettled weather for New Jersey.
