A bit more rain is expected Monday, although most of the day will feature partial sunshine and humid conditions. Unsettled weather returns later this week.
Both Monday and Tuesday will end up close to 90 degrees, although I hesitate to call it "hot and humid" after last week's uncomfortable tropical and soupy air.
A Heat Advisory kicks in for most of New Jersey Thursday, with high temps in the 90s, heat index values near 100, and daily spot thunderstorm chances too.
New Jersey closes out July and begins July with "typical" mid-summer warmth, although clouds and humidity will be on the rise before our next chance of rain.
