As a lifelong Capital Region sports fan who has just so happened to be in radio for most of my professional life the chance to “join the Team” pun intended was the kind of offer I’ve been dreaming of. Growing up a Yankees, Knicks and Raiders fan(a punishment I share with my beautiful daughter Ella) I’ve felt the pain and success that comes with diehard fandom. Luckily for me my friends that love the Giants have adopted me so I have a reason to watch football after the Raiders have been eliminated EARLY every season for the last 10 plus years. I’m excited to talk sports and enjoy multiple happy hours with all the sports fans of the Cap Region…even the Red Sox fans.

Prop Bets To Prepare You For The 2020 NFL Season
In the now-famous words of Michael Jordan, I have a "Competition Problem". So the fact that the NFL kicks off this Thursday has me chomping at the bit to make some wagers. Did The Mets Use A Rod?
The sale of the New York Mets appears to be pretty cut and dry at this point. The Mets and Billionaire Steve Cohen are in exclusive talks to finalize the investment banker buying the team. He feels like the Mets may have done some shady things to get the bid they wanted from Cohen.
Could A Former Knick Win DWTS Or Will Carole Baskin Kill It?
The new cast or should I say contestants for the upcoming season of ABC's "Dancing With The Stars" is out and I might have to watch. I've prided myself on never watching DWTS but this cast looks like it has must-watch potential. Former New York Knicks star and current wine lover Charles Oakley is on the show and so is the woman that took down Joe "Tiger King" Exotic, Carole Baskin.
Who’s To Blame In Yankees Rays Benches Clearing? [AUDIO]
The rivalry between the New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Rays hit a new high or possibly low depending on your viewpoint last night. The benches cleared as the game ended and we were dangerously close to seeing a brawl breakout. It's impossible to defend Yankees' closer Aroldis Chapman throwing a 100 mph fastball at Rays' Micheal Brosseua's head but is this all on the Yankees? We ask ESPN MLB Insider Buster Olney what exactly happened and who's to blame?

The "Short" season is starting to look pretty long for the New York Yankees. Thanks to rainouts and COVID-19 causing delays the Yankees will be scheduled play 26 of 27 days in September. Below is the latest schedule with dates and times for both the pre-game shows and first pitch for the last month of the 2020 regular season.
