The Philadelphia Eagles are losing a key member of their front office, as the Chicago Bears have hired Ian Cunningham to be their assistant GM for new general manager Ryan Poles.

Cunningham served as the Eagles director of player personnel and had been with the team since the 2017 season, serving in multiple roles in the teams front office.  He arrived in Chicago on Friday night, interviewed early Saturday and is now the teams new assistant GM.

Losing Cunningham is a hit to the Eagles front office, as he was one of their top execs since coming over from the Baltimore Ravens organization.

Cunningham made a steady rise from Eagles director of player personnel, assistant personnel director, and director of college scouting after serving as a Baltimore Ravens area scout.
