Back in the summer of 2018 Derek Jeter's home in Greenwich Lake New York hit the market for just under $15 million. Here we are three years and a pandemic later and the house is back up for sale at a "reduced price" of only $12,750,000. What a bargain! Honestly, when you really look at the house you can kinda see that the reduced price is, in fact, a bargain you know if you played 19 seasons for the New York Yankees and earned a reported salary of over $266 million, not counting endorsements of course.

Here are some of the photos from the first time I told you about what I hoped would one day be my house.

This final picture actually makes me a little sad. The thought of Derek Jeter no longer being a Yankee was a tough pill to swallow. I'm happy he's realizing his dream of being a team owner in Miami with the Marlins but when I see that the man had his own Statue of Liberty and now he's selling his New York home stings a little. Check out the full listing for Derek Jeter's on the Wright Bros Reality website. Diane Mitchell is going to be one popular realtor.

Here's the Zillow listing just in case you haven't drooled enough over Jeter's former residence yet.
