"There has been frustration mounting"

The Ben Simmons saga, which doesn't seem to have an end in sight has the team frustrated, according to ESPN's Ramona Shelburne.

"Ben Simmons has not been accepting any of the help the team has offered him in terms of helping him with his mental reediness," Shelbunre said on NBA Today.

She adds that Simmons has been working with mental health professionals from the players association, but has not kept the Sixers in the loop, which has led to frustrations in the organization.

He has done individual work with the team and their trainers, but hasn't done any full team workouts.

At this point it still seems Simmons still has no interest in returning and playing for the franchise anytime soon.

Without Simmons, Tyrese Maxey and Shake Milton have been handling the point guard duties, with Furkan Forkmaz seeing time at the position as well.
