We are exactly one month away from the Feb 10, NBA trade deadline, with all eyes on what Daryl Morey will do with Ben Simmons.

Simmons remains the biggest name on the trade market, per Shams Charania of The Athletic, who notes that the Atlanta Hawks, Sacramento Kings, Portland Trail Blazers, Minnesota Timberwolves and Indiana Pacers among others have interest in acquiring the three-time All-Star guard.

One team to keep an eye on that has seemingly emerged are the Atlanta Hawks, who currently on the outside looking in to the Eastern Conference playoff field. The Hawks made a surprise run all the way to the Conference Finals last season, knocking the Sixers out along the way, they have struggled with a 17-22 mark, sitting 12th in the conference.

One name Charania notes in a possible swap for Simmons is John Collins, who is becoming more and more frustrated with his lack of shots and has recently challenged the locker room to no avail.

Collins, however, has grown increasingly frustrated over his role in Atlanta, multiple sources have told The Athletic.

How would Collins fit with Tobias Harris?  That could be a clunky fit, but Collins has developed a nice 3-point shot, hitting on 42.7% this season, scoring 17.4 points per game.

One other name Charania mentions is Cam Reddish, who has been struggling with the ankle injury recently, scoring 11.9 points per game on 37.9% shooting from three-point range.

The Hawks could look to Simmons' to help their bottom five in the league defense.

Either way, all eyes are on Morey and the sand is quickly moving through the hour glass towards the NBA trade deadline.
